How to install the 320P Prisa Scanner in Windows XP:

Install the MiraScan software from the cd (or download them HERE and then run "setup.exe" after XP extracts the files from the original zip file). If the CD doesn't autoplay and run the setup, you can either install it by going to "Add/Remove Programs" and pointing it to the CD drive, or you can double-click "My Computer" and then double-click the drive letter corresponding to the CD-ROM drive (possibly d:) and double-clicking the file "setup.exe".

After the above installation is finished, the system will suggest that you add a scanner:

Then, add an imaging device:

Then, step by step:

After this is finished, add Color Flatbed Scanner -- please refresh the scanner & camera device manager:

You're almost done.
Go to the Start Menu, click "Turn off the Computer", then "Restart".
Once you have restarted Windows XP, run Photoshop or your imaging application to Import Twain_32 source MiraScan V3.423:

Then Acquire MiraScan driver:

You should be all set!
